I earned my degree in Public Administration and spent many years in government and social services before discovering a new path in real estate. While helping my husband manage our investing business, I realized I had a natural skill set for transaction coordination. Keeping track of deadlines, paying close attention to details, and communicating clearly with everyone involved. Today, I use those strengths to help agents and investors navigate smooth, stress-free closings from contract to close.

• Open escrow and deliver all required contracts and supporting documentation.

• Create timelines, track deadlines, and issue reminders to keep the file on schedule.

• Order required reports (NHD, title, warranty, and others) and prepare disclosure packets.

• Coordinate with escrow officers, lenders, agents, and all parties involved.

• Ensure all documents are signed, complete, and properly filed.

• Provide a clean, organized closing file for easy reference.
